Local Rules

[RADIO RUN] ON [PLYMOUTH SOUND]
[SEPTEMBER 2008 ONGOING]
RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with GCap Media plc's ("GCap Media") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [Plymouthsound.co.uk]) apply to ‘[Radio Run]’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from [September 8th 2008] to [December 2008] (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is [Plymouth Sound].

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1.   Details of the Competition
To enter the Competition an Entrant must tune their radio into Plymouth Sound while the Thunder crew are with them in their place of business and then fill out the competition form
1.2 The Thunder crew will visit businesses at random over a two week period turning over their radios to Plymouth Sound. If the business chooses to turn the radio over to Plymouth sound then they fill out an entry form to go into the draw to win a lunch of Plymouth Sound choice. The winner will be picked at random by a member of the public and if the business is still listening to Plymouth Sound when the Thunder crew pay a random visit to them they will win the lunch.
Three winners will be picked out and put in envelope’s and numbered 1 to 3. if number 1 is not listening to Plymouth Sound on the Thunder Crew’s return to the business then we will visit number 2 business and the same if number 2 business is not listening.  If we don’t get a winner out of the 3 winners picked then another 3 will be picked by a member of the public.

2.1 Any business can enter.
3. Prize
3.1 Thunder crew will bring a lunch of Plymouth Sound choice on the of the random visit to see if they are listening to Plymouth Sound

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Media Services Limited general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at plymouthsound.co.uk apply to DEVONSHIRE HEALTH AND RACQUET CLUB 3 MONTH FAMILY GYM MEMBERSHIP radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 10/11/2008 to 14/11/2008(“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Plymouth Sound

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1.   Details of the Competition
To enter the competition you must visit the Thunder at a different location each day and fill out an entry form.
1.2 The competition will run between the dates 10/11/2008 to 14/11/2008 between the hours of 7am and 10am. There is one prize of a family membership (2 adults, 2 children) which will be drawn from all the valid entries received. On Friday 14/11/2008 between 10am and 11am a member of the public will select a winner at random.  We will then call the winner to notify them that they have won.
 
2.     Eligibility

2.1 To enter you must be over 18 years of age.
3. Prize
3.1    To claim the prize once it has been won you must visit the Devonshire Health and Racquet Club with identification.
